Mix4Artist provides online mixing and mastering services for independent artists.
The service includes the audio processing of tracks delivered by the client according to the selected plan or package.
Clients may purchase:
Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers (Stripe, PayPal, etc.).
Prices may change at any time. Changes do not affect orders already placed.
Delivery times vary depending on the selected offer.
Clients must provide clean, usable audio files (stems or multitracks).
Mix4Artist is not responsible for delays caused by corrupted, missing, or unusable files.
Each offer includes a specific number of revisions.
Additional revisions may require an extra fee.
Refunds are available only if the mix/master work has not started.
Once audio processing begins, refunds cannot be issued due to the nature of the digital service.
Clients retain full ownership of their music.
Mix4Artist may use completed mixes/masters for portfolio or promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Mix4Artist does not guarantee a specific artistic outcome.
The final result depends heavily on the quality of the provided audio files.
No liability is accepted for distribution, commercial use, or claims made by third parties.
Clients may cancel their subscription at any time.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
